  • 2015-2017 Master of Jazz Studies (Piano and Composition with Gil Goldstein, Alan Broadbent, Andy Milne, John Scofield, and others) at New York University; degree with honors ("Barney Josephson Award for Excellence in Jazz")

  • 2014-2015 Adjunct Instructor for Music Theory and Ear Training at the University of Music Freiburg
  • 2016-2017 Adjunct Instructor for Jazz Piano and Jazz Keyboard Harmony at New York University
  • 2017-2020 Substitute Professor for Music Theory at the University of Music Freiburg
  • 2017-today Ph.D. candidate at the University of Music Freiburg (topic: "The Influence of 19th Century European Music Theory on Early Jazz")
  • 2020-present Tenured Lecturer in Music Theory at the University of Applied Sciences Lucerne (HSLU)
