Chamber Music

Main areas of study
The program is designed for fixed ensembles: string ensembles of 3 musicians or more (Prof. Altenburger), ensembles with piano of 2 musicians or more or piano duos (Prof. Ishay).
The goal of the program is to prepare the ensembles for chamber music concert life. This includes the deepening and/or broadening of the repertoire, the preparation for performance opportunities within and outside the university as well as for competitions.

Requirements in the entrance exam

Performance of at least 3 original works from different styles with a playing time of 60 minutes, from which the examination committee may choose.
